1. HOW TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

1.1. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please email us at support@learnso.io using the same email address you used during registration. Your subscription will be manually canceled within approximately 3 business days after we receive your request.
To avoid further charges, please make sure your cancellation request is submitted at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle begins.

2. REFUND POLICY

We currently do not offer refunds on any purchases, including:

  • Initial plan payments
  • Subscription renewals
  • Non-use of the program
  • Accidental or unintentional purchases
  • Change of mind or personal preference

By purchasing a subscription through our website, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

3. Automatic Renewal Pricing

Our plans are structured with an initial promotional offer followed by recurring billing at a loyalty discounted rate:

3.1. 2-Month Plan
You are charged $29.90 upfront for the first 2 months (introductory rate). Unless canceled at least 48 hours before the end of this period, your subscription will automatically renew every 2 months for $89.00 until canceled.
3.2. 1-Month Plan
You are charged $27.90 upfront for the first month (introductory rate). Unless canceled at least 48 hours before the end of this period, your subscription will automatically renew every month for $39.90 until canceled.
3.3. 1-Week Plan
You are charged $9.90 upfront for the first week (introductory rate). Unless canceled at least 48 hours before the end of this period, your subscription will automatically renew every month for $39.90 until canceled.

The $39.90 per month renewal rate applies to 1-month and 1-week plans, while the $89.00 per 2 months renewal rate applies to longer term plans. These are loyalty discounted rates granted to clients who subscribed during the initial promotional period.
